Privacy Policy

Service: RaiderBot and the SWGOH ROTE / Territory War Planner (the “Service”), hosted at republicraiders.com.
Effective date: 17 June 2026 · Last updated: 17 June 2026

This policy explains what data the Service handles, why, and your choices. The Service is a private, non-commercial tool for a single Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes (“SWGOH”) guild. We collect the minimum needed to run it and we do not sell data.

1. Data we handle

CategoryExamplesWhy
Discord identifiers Your Discord user ID, username, and the server roles you hold To run slash commands and to restrict officer-only commands to the correct role
Command inputs SWGOH ally codes and enemy guild names you provide to commands To pull rosters and produce scouting / planning reports
Public SWGOH game data Player and guild rosters, unit stars/gear/relic/Galactic Power, recorded via community game APIs To compute Territory Battle / Territory War plans and guild comparisons
Manually entered records Territory War defensive placements officers log or import To replay an opponent’s known defenses in a future war

We do not collect message content, do not request the Discord “Message Content” or “Server Members” privileged intents, and do not access private Discord messages.

2. How we use data

Data is used solely to provide the Service: generating roster comparisons and scouting reports, posting those reports to your guild’s Discord forum, and planning guild events. It is not used for advertising or profiling and is not sold or rented.

3. Where data is stored

Data is stored in a self-hosted database on a private server operated by the guild. Generated reports are shared only within the operating guild’s Discord server. The website is served through Cloudflare, which may process connection metadata (such as IP addresses) as part of delivering and protecting the site.

4. Third parties

We do not share your data with any other third parties.

5. Retention & deletion

Data is kept only as long as it is useful for guild planning. Public roster data is refreshed and overwritten on each pull. You may request that data associated with your ally code or Discord account be deleted by contacting us; we will remove it from the active database on request.

6. Security

The Service runs on a private host with access limited to guild operators. Bot credentials and secrets are stored outside the application code. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) and we do not knowingly collect their data.

8. Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

9. Contact
