Terms of Service
By using the Service — including the RaiderBot Discord bot and the planner website — you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. What the Service is
The Service is a private, non-commercial tool built for a Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes (“SWGOH”) guild. It helps guild officers plan Territory Battles and Territory Wars and compare guild rosters using publicly available game data. RaiderBot is a Discord bot that runs guild-management commands on request.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, and meet Discord’s own Terms of Service. The Service is intended for invited members and officers of the operating guild.
3. Acceptable use
- Use the Service only for its intended guild-management purpose.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its host.
- Do not use the Service to harass others or to violate Discord’s or SWGOH’s terms.
4. Not affiliated with EA / Lucasfilm / Disney
The Service is an unofficial fan project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Electronic Arts, Capital Games, Lucasfilm, The Walt Disney Company, or Discord. “Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes” and related marks are the property of their respective owners. Game data is accessed only through publicly available community APIs; you are responsible for ensuring your own use complies with the game’s terms.
5. No warranty
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. Recommendations and comparisons are estimates for planning purposes and may be inaccurate or out of date.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operators of the Service are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from use of the Service.
7. Changes
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will update the “Last updated” date above.
